Annual Reports

Each Illinois non profit hospital shall file a report of its community benefits plan with the Illinois Office of the Attorney General. These reports are public information, are filed with the Attorney General no later than the sixth month after the close of the hospital’s fiscal year and are available to the public on request to the Attorney General.
