Spiritual Care Services

at Resurrection Medical Center

In the tradition of the Catholic Church, we value human life and promote the health of the whole person. We believe spiritual care is an integral part of the healing process and that God’s healing love is made present through our ministry.

Chaplains are professionally trained clinicians who provide evidence-based assessments, interventions, and ongoing plans of care to address the spiritual, emotional, moral, and existential needs of those we serve: our patients, their families, and our associates. This, in alignment with our Catholic legacy, supports our mission to provide compassionate care that encompasses mind, body and spirit.

Our professional chaplains are Board-Certified or Board-Certified eligible and provide compassionate spiritual care services to patients, their families, and hospital staff. Recognizing the rich diversity of the communities we serve, pastoral care services minister to persons of all religious faiths and traditions, and those who may not embrace a particular faith or organized religion.
