Financial Assistance
As part of our mission and commitment to the community, Resurrection Medical Center is committed to providing quality healthcare that is affordable for our community. If you don’t have health insurance, you may be eligible for a government-sponsored health program.
If you are not eligible for a government-sponsored health program and meet certain low- and moderate- income requirements, you may qualify for our Financial Assistance Program. This program provides financial assistance to help qualified patients pay for healthcare based on their financial need. This includes emergency, urgent, or medically necessary care. Patients who qualify get some or all of their costs covered regardless of whether they have healthcare coverage, or are uninsured, or are underinsured.
To qualify for assistance, patients will be asked to complete a Financial Assistance Program Application. Review our Plain Language Summary, Policy and download the Application below:
